Fit

Built for founders who need to ship this quarter

A good fit if

  • You've raised pre-seed to Series A and need a product in market fast
  • You know the problem and want engineers who'll make product calls with you
  • You want clean code a future in-house team can take over
  • You need a product that works in English, Arabic or both, including right-to-left

Probably not a fit if

  • The scope changes every week and you'd rather pay by the hour
  • You're choosing on the lowest quote alone
  • You're still validating the idea and haven't raised yet

Timeline

What ten weeks looks like

Every MVP follows the same shape. The length depends on scope, which we fix before we start.

  1. Week 0

    Scoping

A call, then a written scope, timeline and fixed price within a week. Free.

  2. Weeks 1–2

    Foundations

User flows, architecture, design system and CI set up in your repo.

  3. Weeks 3–8

    Build

A working build on staging every week and a demo you can share with investors.

  4. Weeks 9–10

    Launch

QA pass, App Store and Play review, production release.

  5. After launch

    Support

30 days of bug fixes included, then an optional retainer.

Products our team has built

TransportationGovernment agency, via contractor

Driver reporting tool for a government transportation agency

We replaced hand-built driver and vehicle reports with on-demand bulk reports from fleet telematics data. It has generated thousands of reports.

  • Idle time, driving time, violations and days worked for any group of drivers and any date range
  • A queued AWS pipeline that batches requests to stay within the telematics API's rate limits
  • A second access check on top of the platform's own permissions

TypeScript · React · Geotab SDK · AWS · Terraform

Preventive healthStartup

Operations platform and patient booking for a preventive health startup

We built the systems that took a preventive health service from email and phone calls to mostly automated bookings and follow-ups, and helped it expand beyond its home country.

  • An operations platform where the team manages every patient task and booking in one place
  • Booking with in-house and third-party providers in one flow, with no calls to confirm times
  • A patient view of tasks and next actions that replaced email follow-ups

Node.js · React · GraphQL · Prisma · PostgreSQL

SaaSEarly-stage startup

Performance and new question types for a no-code form builder

We took on speed, new features and product quality for a form builder whose paid customer base was growing fast.

  • Section-by-section loading, so forms of any size open like a short one
  • Matrix, rating and ranking question types, plus file uploads
  • Ongoing quality work across the editor and published forms, down to pixel-level layout fixes

FAQ

Questions founders ask

How much does an MVP cost?

It depends on scope. A focused MVP is one platform, or a web app plus admin panel, with the core flows your launch needs. After a free scoping call you get a fixed price in writing, and it doesn't move without your say.

What if the scope changes mid-build?

We keep a change log. Swaps that fit the timeline cost nothing. Bigger additions get a written quote before we start them, so the price never moves without your say.

Who owns the code?

You do. It lives in your own code repository from the first commit, and all IP transfers to you on payment.

Can you work with our designer or CTO?

Yes. We regularly build from a client's designs and work alongside technical co-founders. No designer yet? Our design team handles UX and UI.

Where is your team based?

Cairo. That gives us experienced engineering at a rate that leaves room in a seed budget, and we plan working-hour overlap with every client's team, wherever they are. You pay for experience, not overhead.

How do payments work?

A deposit to start, then payments tied to delivered milestones. You never pay far ahead of working software.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, before the first detailed call if you prefer.
